We work with building owners, architects and contractors and carefully consider the needs of each throughout a build; be that working to time constraints, overall build cost or other needs.
Our technical team are able to aid stakeholders through the design process thanks to their years of practical experience in both design and installation of Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete (GRC). Therefore, ensuring that finished projects meet client expectations.
We work closely with preferred suppliers of stainless-steel fixings and specialist GRC installation contractors, meaning clients are able to approach us safe in the knowledge that we can coordinate the whole design process from concept to completion.
"We have been associated with Chatsworth stone Masonry Ltd for around 12 months, in that time they have shown great professionalism and the GRC units they have produced are to a very high standard, we are currently working on 2 live projects together and about to commence with 3 more. The delivery have always been on time which is crucial with modern day tight site programmes. We have no reservations in recommending Chatsworth Stone" Rich Brealey – Vision Construction Ltd – Swadlincote, Derbyshire.
"Chatsworth GRC were involved with the initial design of the GRC paneling. They provided advise and design ideas at early stage that were eventually taken on board as construction details. A 12 month design process was undertaken with various meetings attended and many revisions of drawings. Completion of design drawings was on going over the entire design period, culminating in construction issue details. Manufacture and delivery of the units has been in line with all site programmes as requested." Distributor. Taylor Maxwell – Ian Wyatt – Blackwall Reach, London.
"The product was designed as a light weight post fix system. This made for an easy and rapid installation of the bandcourse units. All the installation was performed manually from standard scaffolding without the need for specialist lifting equipment." GRC Installation Specialist. Vision GRC Installation - Richard Brearley - Exchange Sq, Birmingham.
"High level coping units were required to replace existing. Original design was for wet cast units which were too heavy for the structure and to install. GRC units were designed at a fraction of the weight. Installation of the units was carried out without the need for heavy and expensive lifting equipment." Contractor. Woodhurst Construction - Neal O’Shea – Loundes Sq, Kensington, London.
